Client: new corporation. Formation, and multiple joint venture agreement negotiations including contract formation issues. Current project: 1999 seminar-cruises.

As city commissioner, ideas have been submitted and approved by Mayor Dorn, to increase city revenue using existing city resources, and to attract city police officers as residents of the city.
