His criminal law experience, gained while with the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, member of the L.A Superior Court Juvenile Court Panel, and The Los Angeles County Bar Association Adult Criminal Defense Attorney Panel, has enabled him to provide representation for a variety of criminal matters, however the primary emphasis of his office has been civil litigation. Entertainment law has become an area of major interest to Attorney Jimerson. His practice has expanded to include a number of entertainment industry clients, including producers, music and film artists, and film-makers. His office takes pride in its reputation, earned over years of dedicated and successful representation of its clients, and pro bono work within the Los Angeles community, and is most proud of the "Winning With Integrity" philosophy which has allowed it to thrive.
Attorney Jimerson, the son of a career military officer, was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and as a child grew up in Germany before graduating from Ft. Campbell High School in Kentucky. He entered Pepperdine University and upon receiving his BA Law, and BA Political Science degrees, entered the University of California King Hall School of Law, at Davis, California, as a University of California Vice-Chancellors Fellow, and received his Juris Doctorate degree. He began his legal career with the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, and a short time later entered private practice setting up his law corporation. From 1987 to present, he has practiced law in Beverly Hills, California. Today, his practice has grown to include various entertainment law projects as well as defense litigation matters in State and Federal courts. California Bar Association Member Number 124064
